Is it working with V5?
Trying install module with V5.0.0.3 got an error:

openerp-server-5.0.0-3/bin/addons/base/ir/ir_model.py", line 415, in _get_id

and only one !' % (len(ids), module, xml_id)
AssertionError: 0 reference(s) to account_invoicing.admin. You should
have one and only one !

this message mean that the module you installed have a same XML ID

Trying to install "account_invoicing" module on fresh install with
minimal profile - got the same error.

I'm using openERP V5 stable version, I can't find "account_invoicing" module that you've try to install. Is that module on extra_addons?

Would you like please to post more detail from server log?

we have ported these modules for OpenERP version 5.0. The complete announcement for this release please read on our web page:

P.S. The main changes were made in view definition XML files. Otherwise this is almost complete copy of 4.2 version.
